Estates at McDonough Apartment Homes

So far it’s only been a week, but I’m really loving my new home! We moved in right when the property was switching management, so we got to experience both teams. There was one day where I couldn’t get ahold of anyone, but the next day communication was solid and consistent after that. I put in a maintenance request they came the next morning! Jeida was great, she answered all our questions and made the process smooth. I also had a last-minute issue on my end on move-in day, and the leasing staff were patient and worked with me the whole time. The neighborhood has been very quiet so far, even at night. I only hear my neighbors garages but not my neighbors which I really appreciate.

The property is very nice. But they don’t tell you that they’re looking at credit cards charge offs. That should be less of a concern far as credit. The most important factors should be rental history & income. If you got bad credit card debt don’t apply. My income exceeds the limit & my credit score is over 650.

I had stayed for about a year as a business trip accommodation instead of a hotel It's a private housing complex, it's fully secured, and each house has its own garage, and it's quiet. It was even better with gym and a swimming pool, and there was no heating or cooling problem It's just that food shredders sometimes cause problems

Mandalay is a wonderful place to live. From the leasing agents in the peace this is really Home. In spite of some difficulties in my situation, please note these are some magnificent apartments with awesome these agents. This has been my go to Place now for around 10 years and I finally got in them and have done nothing but enjoy my time here the peace the respectful of residence everybody mind their own business. Clean well kept. So if you’re looking for anywhere to call home please don’t sleep on Mandalay Villas.

Been here a month so far. It’s quiet and relatively safe. No major issues.. still waiting for a sink repair request to get filled (2wks now) but other than that… all good.
