Estates at Lake Hammock by Lennar Homes

HORRIBLE experience!!!!! The sales associate Carmena leaves out important information when it comes to the deposit. If you do not use one of their preferred lenders they will require a 10% deposit. They have no regard for and are not willing to work with disabled Veterans. We will NEVER consider a Lennar home again! Very disappointed in Lennar and their discrimination against Disabled Military Veterans.

Whoever designed these subdivisions is a joke, like full fledged comedian. There are 5 subdivisions with the same name and none of them are connected, all subdivisions have 2 streets with dead ends on each side. The houses are all right up on each other and they are made of wood, in the middle of Central Florida with hurricanes. Not very good quality, they are money hungry and would love to sell you a dud. In my opinion stay far away from dr.horton, express homes, emerald homes, and freedom homes

JUST BOUGHT MY HOME WITH LENNAR ESTATES AT LAKE HAMMOCK IN HAINESCITY AND THE CLOSING EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE! I CLOSED YESTERDAY THE HOME HAS LOTS OF THINGS TO BE FIXED AND ALL THE MINOR THINGS THAT I COMPLAINED ANOUT 2 TO 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO CLOSING DID NOT GET DONE EVEN AFTER TALKING TO THEM EVERY DAY AND BEING ASSURED THEY WOULD BE DONE NOPE! I HAVE TWO CLOSET DOORS THAT I CANT USE BECAUSE THEY DONT CLOSE AT ALL AND I WAS TOLD I WILL HAVE THEM READJUSTED THE DAY BEFORE CLOSING THE DAY OF CLOSING STILL NOT FIXED I CLOSED EXPECTING TO COME HOME TO IT FIXED NOPE NOTHING WAS DONE! COMMUNICATION IS THE WORSE!!! THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS BEEN A BLESSING DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS HAS BEEN CARMENA THE SALES AGENT SHE HAS BEEN GREAT SHE ANSWERS MY QUESTIONS ANSWERS MY CALLS AND HELPS ME WITH W

I really like Lennar, everytime a have a question, they respond immediately. They take an action. Thank you Scott you are awesome!
