I have lived here for a few years and I like the staff, however the last couple of months have been tedious. First they were repaving the parking lots so we had to figure out parking for those days. Then they were painting the apartments which caused noise every day really early in the morning that lasted all day. (Terrible if you work from home!) The painting is ugly, and the doors are this gross brown color now instead of the pretty blue it used to be. Then, everyone needed to move for powerwashing the parking spots. Fine, but we have to move our cars from 7 AM to 6 PM. That's 11 hours of competing for parking spots all over the complex, and if you work 9-5 like my wife does, you're supposed to what? leave super early and come home late?? THEN, we have to move because they're painting th

Pretty nice apartments overall with a few caveats. Laundry room is constantly in pretty bad shape. Multiple machines have been down months, the payment system to use the machines has been down weeks now, and there is a huge buildup of lint and dust behind the dryers that could cause a fire. But the apartments overall are nice and you get what you’re paying for.

Attractive complex with nice apartments and gated security. I viewed apartments with a friend. The larger 2 bedroom is nice and open. Large bathrooms, large walk-in closet and I really like the covered deck on the second floor.

While I do have a lot of things that broke or wore down quickly in my apt., the complex does have an amazing maintenance team that works very hard to fix things in a timely manner. I've had 4 appliances break in the past year, and while I was initially frustrated, they always replaced everything in a timely manner. Its a big complex and there's a lot of things to fix, but they do a good job of communicating and acting quickly. They take care of the grounds very nicely - it really doesn't feel like youre in the desert once you're past the gates. Overall a good place to stay
