You can tell she actually cares about helping people and doing her job well. I also love the community they have TWO dog parks and it’s close to my church!! 10/10!!!

I’ve had a great experience living here for nearly 3 years. The leasing office Agent Desiree is courteous, organized, and always willing to assist with my questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. The grounds are consistently kept clean, and the community environment is respectful and calm. Parking has been manageable, and amenities are what I personally enjoy most. Overall, this has been a positive living experience, and I have recommend it to my friends as well as family looking for a reliable and comfortable place to call home. I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Kassia! She works at the apartment complex and truly goes above and beyond for residents and future tenants. From the very beginning, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. It’s not often you find someone who is both efficient and genuinely caring, but she balances both perfectly. What really stands out is how helpful and patient she is. No matter how busy things get, she remains calm, organized, and ready to assist with a positive attitude. She truly cares about providing great customer service and making sure residents feel valued.

This community is beautiful! Located nicely with quick access to main freeways. The property is always clean and looks sharp. It is pretty quiet as well. The options in floor plans are great and I absolutely love the apartment. The best part is the team. All of the ladies in the office are so helpful and attentive. I always feel welcome when I come to the office or call with a question. Michelle, Kassia, Desiree and LyTavia are all extremely nice and accommodating. And the maintenance crew is always willing to help. If I have any issues in my apartment, they are there to fix it quickly and professionally. Best office and maintenance team I've experienced.
