This apartment complex has a big problem with staying out of electrical code violations. Certain pieces of equipment are presenting hazards to our kids besides I see this unit contains a lot of scouts and adversary agents! They have no consideration for the environment on full display is a lack of concern for the way they dispose of their waste. Today I saw a lot of red flags all over the entire quadrant of this apartment. I would hate to see your company get shut down because of so many risky liabilities! Not only that it also seems like some of your tenants are up to no good! I noticed a lot of scouting on me while I was reviewing your complex! I can't recommend a run down business like the one I saw today. I expect every issue I am presenting to you right now to be addressed immediatel

The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light. The management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met during the move-in process. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a new home. It's been a fantastic experience, and I’m excited to start this new chapter in such a wonderful place!

I give 1 star becouse I cant select less. I live in this property for 9yrs and i leave from the property about 3 months and i still waiting for my security deposit returned. On professional staff every time I called they say something different Im tired and waisting my time.

My house burned down in Dec so it left me lost and confused trying to figure out my next move. I arrived at Esplanade and was helped by Ashley Brown. She went above and beyond when it came to helping me find an apartment there…her customer service was one of the best. She really relieved my stress and found the perfect apartment. I would recommend anyone to rent an apartment from Esplanade and see Ashley Brown…she’s great!

I am giving a four star because I have seen changes, small ones but they matter. The new company and management are striving to change. Not a very good place for families, the kids do not have any place to play. The maintenance guys are very cooperative and even placing an order they show up and fix the issue. If management keeps their promise, improve security, open the pool, take care of the cleanliness, it's a good place to live. We have been living here for almost two years now with the Grace of God Almighty, haven't experienced anything.
