Esplanade by the Islands is Naples best kept secret if you are looking for a home or a condo do venture there you will not be disappointed an unbelievable resort setting with reasonable monthly fees compared to many other Naples new developments we were going to buy a coach home in 2021 but some health problems occurred and Taylor Morrison at the time let us out of our contract but we came back February 2025 to buy again our sales person years ago was Patrick Ruff one of the most sincere nice guy and he is still there and is our sales person again which we were ecstatic to work with him again he is a real plus to Taylor Morrison the unit we purchased after looking at many thru out the east and west coast of Florida is without compare with other units new construction and remodeled units t

We absolutely love our new home in Esplanade by the Islands. We originally stopped by the sales office about a year ago just to get a feel for the community, with no intention of buying—but we ended up making the decision that very day. Our sales representative, David Sandvidge, truly made the difference. He was personable, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—genuinely honest. He made the entire process, from deposit to design to closing, smooth and stress-free, and he continues to be supportive even after the sale. Our home has exceeded our expectations, and we love both the community and the amenities. Although we are on the younger side for Naples, we feel completely at home among so many residents our age who share similar interests. We wouldn’t hesitate to do it all over again.

My husband and I became familiar with Esplanade by the Islands because of the recommendation of our realtor, Debbie Pope, who was selling our home in North Naples. She had worked with David Sandvidge previously and highly recommended him. After deciding to purchase we worked closely with David. He was always willing to answer questions, was not high pressure and we felt he was very honest with us. In fact we referred David to a friend who has since purchased a home in Esplanade.
