Parking is such a hassle! You're allowed to purchase only one covered spot, which is already frustrating since most residences have at least two vehicles. And then the uncovered free for all spots are SO small and scarce. It's a battle every day to find a spot. On top of that, recently, the complex decided to paint the exterior of our units. The construction crew set up camp right across about 10+ uncovered spots. We were told the painting was going to last 2 weeks, but the construction crew has been taking up those parking spots for almost a month and a half now. This is endlessly frustrating and there was no communication about it; leaving residents having to park and walk pretty far from the neighborhoods. Needless to say, parking is not ideal here. I don’t recommend living here. There are many reasons why living here is not worth it. • Maintenance here likes to delay procedures. I put in a request for pests 3 times, each of them got either closed for reasons that wasn’t disclosed or they kept rescheduling and delaying the process without telling me why. It’s a shame that you’re expected to pay way too much money on a home to live in when the management can’t even put your needs first. There is no excuse as to why any maintenance request keeps getting delayed over and over again with no explanation! It’s ridiculous. Today my auto lock main door’s locking system batteries were replaced by Jose G. He replaced them on time and without delay. He was also responsible for fixing 2 separate issues in my unit for about 2 weeks ago from today. ** The Maintenance Technicians here in Esplanade Miramesa are very professional, timely, and hardworkers. ** I would like to mention David H. also, he fixed 3 maintenance issues in my unit as well for about a month ago. David is very professional and gets job done on time. He even had to come in on 1 extra day/weekend to finish his work. Thank you very much!
