Esperanza at Queenston Apartments

So far so good! I've been here for a few months and haven't had any issues. Kevin helped me get the apartment apartment we wanted, and Helen is a great addition to the office 😊 They're always so polite and helpful, but be patient as they do get a little busy managing all the buildings with little staff. The maintenance workers are great as well and friendly. (Residents, pick up your dog poop!!! Not that difficult, especially when the property has doggie stations for bags and bins for collected waste.) The overall condition of the apartment is pretty good, a few things here and there stick out but it's just cosmetics. The kitchen was a bit dirty when I moved in, as well as the tub/shower walls. I suspect the prior tenant didn't clean before leaving, but I can tell that a cleaning crew didn'

I’ve been living at Esperanza for a short period of time, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. What really sets this place apart is the management team. Kevin and Helen are absolutely fantastic! They’re both friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something addressed, they’ve handled it quickly and with a great attitude. It makes such a difference knowing the people running the place actually care.

Kevin is an amazing leasing agent with outstanding customer service. He truly goes out of his way to help you find the perfect home. The property is extremely clean and well taken care of. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, and the best part is they’re very affordable with water included. Definitely recommend checking this place out and asking for Kevin! 🌟

While my overall interaction was not the best, the goal is not to deter anyone from having your own experience with this community. Your experience may be totally different.
