Esperanza Apartments

Karen, the property manager at Esperanza Apartments is honestly amazing. She’s warm, professional, and truly cares about the people who live there. She’s helpful, and quick to follow through. You can feel how much pride she takes in her work and in making this community feel like home.

I had a good experience during my stay at the apartment. The place was comfortable, well-located, and overall met my expectations while I was there. However, my experience upon checking out was extremely disappointing. I was charged for defective and broken items that were already in that condition before I arrived. This left a very negative impression and overshadowed what had otherwise been a pleasant stay. I hope the management improves their inspection process to avoid unfair charges to future guests.

I move quite a bit for work and this was by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Ashley was the best part of the whole experience! She answered all my questions with a smile and amazing customer service! Thank you Ashley for all the tips and restaurants I need to try!

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY, DO NOT RENT HERE. Edit: I am active duty and received orders to PCS in December. I gave them over 60 days notice that I will be moving out and they’ve started charging me month to month fees with it nowhere in my lease break agreement. I will be here for the full month of November and again they’re just finding ways to tack on additional fees. If you’re active duty, do not break your lease until exactly 30 days before your move out date and research the Service Members Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Do not fall for all of the 5 star reviews, they ask tenets as soon as they move in to leave a good rating before they have the chance to experience the negative. They try to tell you they “had to evict bad people and it ruined their rating” to get you to leave 5 stars. S
