Esper Apartments has been a great place to live. It’s clean, quiet, and feels really safe, with friendly neighbors and a chill atmosphere. The management team does a good job keeping things running smoothly and is always easy to communicate with. The staff is super nice and helpful.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I would definitely think twice about putting in your rental application at Esper. I applied on 1/19. My application got denied on 1/27. It is now 2/22 and I still have NOT received my refund. I have reached out multiple times to Maritza Perez, the leasing office manager. No response. I reached out to Alinne Casais, corporate office accounting. No response. You can NOT trust these people. They are so quick to debit my bank checking account to get paid the application fee. Yet, when it comes to refund, they gaslight you.

Best apartment in the neighborhood. Very clean,good lighting,feels safe, cover with walls,good neighbors,very professional office team,everything we want it. Moving from different state is not a easy task and huge thank you to Dulce and Alinne for helping us and making our move pain free. Highly appreciated all the help and support Esper team giving us. Highly recommend it. Update: Esper Apartment has the fastest and most professional maintenance team i ever seen in Vegas. Work orders get fixed same day or lates next day and things get fixed right.

I would like to thank Ms.Aileeen, Ms.Ariana&Ms.Aimee for taking good care of my work order request, right away they send Mr.Steven to fixed my restroom faucet and my kitchen light. Living for 5 yrs.and counting… great service!

I’ve lived here for 4 years now and have always receive excellent service from office staff. Never any issues with my apartment except minor things but maintenance is always so quick and reliable! I see myself living here for many years.
