Once again this shady company is going to come to light. This shady company doesn't care who you are quoting Lory for Esenica Norte leasing office. She doesn't care that western national made a mistake for over 6 years and trying to blame the tenant once again for there errors. A few years ago they tried to "lower" my rent like wow that would be a dream. To then saying I owe over 6k to them. Now they are saying I should of never been in a 3 bedroom apartment and the rent is going to $3900. How is the considered a Tax based property. I also was told to not disclose my rent to anyone because everye one rent is different. Something has not been right with this company for years. I know I don't work there so I wouldn't be a whilst blower but something or someone has to look into this matter as

Very rude and pushy middle eastern woman All o asked was about if they had any two bed two baths and pricing . I told her I did not have time to look which made her upset refused to give me any information. Bottom line is be professional and dress professional this lady literally looked like she rolled out of bed hair was a mess and greasy and baggy jeans on?!? Like seriously your working for a professional complex at least she could’ve don’t was acted professional and dressed professionally

I've lived here since 2018 and over the last year and a half the management has changed... for the worse! Nobody is ever at the office and they don't answer the phone or emails. It's a joke. They just hired one of the worse companies to patrol the parking (Patrol One in Santa Ana- with a Yelp rating of 1 star- look up the reviews which detail countless problems),so I'm sure things will get worse. Disappointing...

Nicest apartment I have ever lived at. Huge walk in closets and tub I can actually fit in.

Office closing early with no notice. If you aren't open til 5pm anymore and close early update your hours. Customer service 101.
