Daryl the maintenance porter that works on the property has been the only person that makes sense here, the rest of the property management I can’t say the same..making sure the up keep of the property is always up to par.

Horrible management. Maintenance has yet to come and I’ve been requesting them to fix multiple things in our apartment since August! Several requests and still no response. Front office is so slow to respond to anything.

Wish there I was able to not put a Star. This place is bad. People in the office don't know what they doing when they are in the office. Can't get maintenance to come. Air conditioner leaking in the bathroom. Sink broke leaking water. And a really bad bug knat. Don't know how much more we can take.

My mother died from the mold in unit 6103.. do not move to this property. The owners lack accountability. I don’t care how friendly they act in the office. If you or your family dies they will not take accountability. Don’t work hard to pay a property that doesn’t care if you die especially at the hands of their negligence. They had a new tenant in less than 30 days and she wasn’t there long.. be careful!! Income based rent isn’t worth losing your life.. this letter is proof from haca they failed to maintain HOUSING Quality Standards

If there was a zero I would have left it. The staff were friendly, but carried around guns for safety. There is no security at all the gate doesn’t work at all. There is always gunshot people smoking pcp horrible place to raise kids. I didn’t get my deposit back at all after being attacked not to mention had mold throughout my air ventilation system. And they stole my deposit
