We love Pulte!!! They have exceptional customer service, premium build quality, and are always so helpful with any repairs/feedback. Steven has been so helpful throughout the entire process! He’s very responsive and professional. He goes above and beyond to address every request promptly. We are so glad we bought a home with Pulte and would recommend them to all our family and friends!

Communication through out the build process was excellent. Steven and Jane did help with all the necessary details. The weekly updates and question response received from Construction Manager on our weekly discussion was very satisfactory. He did helped us with very smooth process.

Communication and constant updates on the home progress is excellent. Going with their recommended lender and title company also made the process very easy. House completion was up to good standard and closing was done fast and easy.

The builder is amazing and our parents own the pulte home over 18 yrs now. Bidding on lots over so much higher does make it too hard, due to market conditions. I would love to wait for right time (when the lot WAR finishes). Kindly request builder to send email if the offer not selected. I do express my concern on the easy offer process, please find a better way to sell home with more transparency.

Beautiful properties, nothing against the builder, the sales person though, Steven, very rude and unprofessional, I have been dealing with other sales people at other builders, they care and they want to help, Steven on the other hand should not be dealing with client nor be the front face that represents the builder.
