I had the pleasure of working with Sam and Sheva. They were my agents for the place me and my wife were interested in. As long time Brooklynites, we’re skeptical of almost anything. However, before we even talked shop about applications and fees. They said that we needed to view the place first; took the words right out of my mouth. I’ve dealt with a few other fishy agents asking for deposits for an “exclusive viewing” or some bs, which was definitely not the case here. TLDR: Robert was a dream broker to work with, and I’d highly recommend him. I meant to write this review ages ago, but just realized I never did! Robert was my broker in August 2022, and he was very responsive and helpful. We met to see a studio near Prospect Park, and after I saw it and realized I wanted a bit more space, he respectfully asked if I wanted to see a 1-bedroom next door that was about to go on the market — it was my dream place and had everything I wanted! I knew it would go quick, so he expertly guided me through next steps. To top it off, it was a no fee place and the listing for my apartment was under a different agent, so he handed things off to them - and still checked in the next day to make sure I was all set.
