A great experience with Eric and his team. Everything went very smoothly. My wife and I came in for a quick 1 week trip from New York. Our Realtor connected us with Eric when we unexpectedly bought a house. We connected with Eric in the last days of our time in Florida. It was actually a Holiday and Eric (knowing the situation we were in) connected with us anyway. The benefit of doing everything on-line was especially helpful for our remote needs.
