this realty group is the absolute epitome of the stereotypical scamming, deceitful, predatory NYC rental company. everyone who works here, Elliot, Charina, Maria, and Mercy, is evasive, non-responsive, and dishonest. the broker they work with, Justin, is also a gaslighting, rude scammer who is resistent to do his only job. we moved into one of their units, site-unseen. immediately upon arrival we saw the bathroom ceiling had obvious severe water damage and was leaking. the video of the unit we had seen conveniently avoided showing the giant bulge in the ceiling, as they knew it was an issue and the ceiling had caved multiple times before, in multiple different units in the building. our broker did not give us any contact information for Eretz Group so we had to call 311 and find it on our
