Erdace Apartments

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is kept very clean and well‑maintained. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well‑managed place to live!

I have lived at Erdace for two years. It is very nice, quiet, clean, and conveniently located in the heart of downtown. Erdace is more like a resort than an apartment complex. The staff is nice and very helpful. I very rarely see my neighbors, and the parking garage is a great perk. The building has a security system, which requires the tenant’s personal code to access the building from all entrances. Erdace is the place to be, regardless if one wants quiet, or to live in the epicenter of Lake Charles’ culture and entertainment. I love living here! UPDATE (6/11/25): This August/2025, I will have been in this apartment for 5 years. I had NO INTENTION of staying here this long. I had planned to move after a few years, but my son and I still love it here. It is still such a wonderful balance

Horrible management! My sister was told that there was a 2 bedroom available after someone turned in a notice to vacate. She paid $150 for the application fee and background check. She was told she was approved and given a move in date and login information for the portal. She got a call today saying the apartment was no longer available because the person changed their mind about moving out and they REFUSE to refund her money. She would have never applied if they had not told her the apartment was available. How could you steal $150 from a single mom looking for a place to live?!

The community is quiet and well-maintained, providing a peaceful living. One of the standout features of Erdace Apartments is the covered parking, which is a must-have. Most places charge for covered parking. The staff is always willing to help and very accommodating, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend Erdace Apartments for anyone looking for a great downtown living experience with all the modern amenities and conveniences you could want.
