Contacted this office days ago and was given the name of a Mr Hampton to speak with regarding an issue I was having w a broker. Days of emails and calls (on my end) attempting to get issue resolved and so far Nothing. No acknowledgement, confirmation of receipt, absolutely nothing. I even asked if he’s not the person I should address my concerns to, then who. Absolutely no response. When the issue at hand is a safety concern. As a Veteran in a military town I’m extremely disappointed at how I’ve been treated.
