This Property management company does NOT care about the properties of their clients, they have a severe lack of maintenance, and they really could care less about their tenants lives and health. We have been without electricity to the outlet that controls our stove for 2 months, the deck is dry rotted, the stairs are splitting and tenants have been injured, we have informed them, but nothing gets done about it. They will evict you without fixing anything and treat you like you're the problem. They don't even notify you if the property gets a new owner. The whole building looks dilapidated thanks to the lack of attention it gets, the stair case is slanted, the hand rails are so dry rotted no one wants to use them, there is a hole forming in the deck as soon as you step off the stair c

ERA Reality is by far the best Reality firm that I have dealt with in my 42 years as a Reno resident. Riley, her husband, and her mother helped me find a amazing apartment for my son's and I. Each one of them were very kind and punctual with getting us into a great place in my time of need. The whole process was quick and perfect for my every need. Riley is awesome. They are easy to get a hold of and talk to. They will work with you through financial difficulties and make accommodations based on what I needed.
