I love this property management. They’re great communicators. They made a home happen for me and my kids and they did everything they could to move things around to my convenience. The best property management in cedar city all hands down. Special thanks to Jen! She was amazing and very helpful. I’ve made multiple recommendations to friends/ family looking to move into Cedar city to use this property management. Thank you guys for everything!

The bottom line - rent from ANYONE ELSE but this company. They have been terrible to deal with. I rented from them at the time because it was the only thing available when I moved to town - I think this is their mindset. Their lease is the most one-sided lease I've ever signed - no protections for you, the tenant. They require a massive deposit and you will not get it all back regardless of what condition you leave the rental, and they treat you like you're a terrible tenant. Specific issues I had: The require anyone staying in the residence more than 3 days to be on the lease - so if you have company come for Christmas and stay 5 days - they make you put them on the lease. I had Brenda call me and push me on this and force me to put my daughter on the lease even though she lived 270

Absolutely, the worst experience in my life is these people at ERA. I am a very open-minded person, and I still can not think of even 1 thing good these people did for us in the whole 5 years of renting from them. Not 1 thing. From moving in to moving out, they were demanding and always wanted more money from us. Terrible customer service. Never cared if we were suffering from the roof leaking or appliances not working. I wouldn't care if these people went out of business.

Zero stars if I could. Over 2000 pictures were taken upon move in documenting damages. They only fixed them after we moved out and charged us for most of them. The place was also filthy when we moved in yet they charge a cleaning fee and also require you to pay for professional carpet cleaning. The only good thing is their repair guy is super nice and efficient.
