Just sold my home with this company and let me just tell you. 100% an absolute cercus, the assistant and realtor/owners lack of communication was absolutely horrible. I can say this was the worse real state company I have ever dealt with within my time of buying homes. Realtor will say one thing and there assistant would say the total opposite about the same situation. The lack of professionalism and communication on a scale of 1-10 was at best a 2-1/2. Seems like it was the assistants first year of selling homes when it came to doing paperwork etc… follow up emails was very repetitive on situations out of my control and that was the job of the title company. My wife and I had an absolutely horrible experience working with this group Nothing but lies and pressure so that they can get the sale and get their commission We were supposed to close on a property at 14 Iron Bridge Rd. in Chesterfield. The day of closing the property was flooded so we canceled the closing Our agent, and the office manager, Linda Shinn tried to convince us that it wasn’t a big deal and that we did not need to worry about mold because it was winter time The best decision for us was canceling the contract altogether , so we didn’t have to deal with these people anymore They are the absolute worst - and have only one concern , their commission dollars Better to lose the money spent on inspections than deal with these untrustworthy people .
