We were moving from 1500 miles away and found a place through ERA. Communication was lacking from the beginning but we pushed forward with background checks and paperwork. There was a virtual walkthrough scheduled that never happened. The pictures were not accurate to the real conditions of the home. We found out they were using old photos of the home when they listed the home while we were still tenants. We showed up to a home that was disgusting. Dirty carpet, broken window and clogged drains. During our stay the communication was horrible. Fast forward the end after never missing a payment and leaving the home with upgrades and in better condition. ERA kept $800 of my money claiming standard cleaning fees. I have been renting for years and always get my deposit back. Highly recommend us
