I have to say by far my experience in Allentown trying to find a place have been a difficult journey most of it is that we never get updated information in a timely matter we’re always having to chase down the realtors/landlords but equinox is by far the best company we have had to help us find our home. I’ve been working with Sarah from there & she has been amazing. When I say communication has been so consistent even on her day off she didn’t skip a beat. We appreciate her professionalism & are extremely happy she has helped us find us a place to call home. THANK YOU SO MUCH Sarah! 🙏🏼

When I realized Equinox was starting the process of "restructuring" computer systems, communications, and operating procedures, I actually called and thanked them. Although transitions of this nature are not easy, I recognized this would benefit both Equinox and me, as a client. I can enjoy the upgrades now to be sure; however, it was also a positive transition, even from a client's point of view. As questions arose, they were answered immediately; if any issue arose, it was handled immediately..... I am enjoying a quicker response to tenant maintenance issues and truly think they have made monthly reconciliations easier. Bravo!

Would give zero stars if possible. I have never been an actual tenant of Equinox but they took over a building I was living in when my landlord at the time decided to sell. They were absolutely unresponsive and when they were, very difficult to work with. If I wanted to stay in my apartment, the rent would have tripled. This would have been a bit understandable if they would have agreed in writing to make updates as it was an older building, but they would not do that. I am lucky that I was never an actual tenant, but have friends who have been and they confirm all the negative reviews. They do not respond to maintenance requests, and try to squeeze every drop of money out of a "security deposit". I can also confirm from a friend that they start the eviction process after only a few day

As a tenant of Equinox Property Management LLC, I am utterly appalled by the abysmal level of service and professionalism displayed by this company. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with, and if I could give them zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. From the moment I moved in, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Where do I even begin? Let's start with their incompetent staff, who seem to have been trained in the art of ignoring tenants' concerns. Emails and phone calls go unanswered for weeks, if not months, leaving residents feeling utterly neglected and frustrated. But it doesn't stop there.
