Absolutely unresponsive. Have had many problems. Punch list still yet to be acknowledged, let alone taken care of. Jon has not yet once reached out to me about any of my issues. So disappointed with my purchase.

I don't know what happened with this company but it is absolutely shameful how inept they've become. When I first moved into one of their apartments (1501 N 16th) in 2020 they weren't too bad. The grounds were maintained and my maintenance requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. In the last year however something shifted HARD. They didn't collect the trash for 3 weeks once which brought in dozens of rats who moved into the interior of of building. My downstairs neighbor moved out because they made a nest under his unit, I personally caught 6 large rats under my sink, and the problem was so bad that even my upstairs neighbor caught half a dozen rats. It constantly stinks in the basement because of dead vermin and every now and then there are hundreds of dead flies down there. On top of

My experience is they don’t respond to emails or phones calls or text messages. The hot water tank went on 3-29-24 and it’s 4-7-24 and still no hot water. Instead of getting someone that specializes in hot water tanks they sent the maintenance guy who told me he doesn’t know and believes he needs another part( this is the 3 time he needs a part). At one point i thought the company was close down because no one respond to you. My experience has been horrible. Update i moved out and the landlord slimy self took 575 out of my deposit to remove debris but i left the place SPOTLESS. There was NO DEBRIS THAT HAD TO BE REMOVED! I feel it is important to take a few minutes to share my great experience. Let me begin by recognizing Jill and Ashley who are representatives of Equinox Management & Construction LLC. On my first visit, I met Jill who promptly brought me to see several units located in both The Hub and at 3939 Chestnut Street. Jill was prepared with the showing sheets listing details of each unit and the relationship between the two buildings. She had the answers to my questions before I was ready to ask!!! In this way I was able to concentrate on the tour and not worry about writing down room dimensions and other incidentals. I lived at the Hub on Chestnut for about two years. Throughout my tenure there, I worked with Ashley Melton as my leasing consultant for during the looking period as well as ongoing support throughout my time there. She is such a gem: She is responsive, personable, and really puts a face and personality onto an otherwise impersonal management company. I remember going to community events just because I consider her as a friend. She is very service oriented, and really care about the people who decide to live in the building, making sure not to just make the sale (lease), but also the move-in process goes well, and the unit is thoroughly cleaned, and inspected, as to be ready for a new occupant and to leave a good impression of moving to the property.
