They kept my $2,700 deposit claiming “damages” yet the house was left in immaculate shape, cleaner than when I moved in. If Equifirst claims to be so great, they would return my deposit and wouldn’t have gotten any negative review. Photos of the house as it was left when I moved out. Someone please tell me how this house is damaged? DO NOT rent from this company. They are complete scam artists and total slumlords. Their management doesn't respond or handle issues ever, and I had nothing but problems the entire time. Worst experience of my life renting!

Best management company in Florida! Have rented from them for years now. They take extreme care of the properties and of course their tenants!!👍👍 Their customer service responds right away. If you have a repair issue, they are immediately working to get someone to the property. I just would not dream of renting from anyone else. They have properties throughout all of Florida so we were blessed to have had them accommodate us when our job transferred us. Having a good rental for our family was most important to us.
