There are literally roaches in The Dalhia “luxury’ apartments and no one cares. The front desk guy says “it’s Florida.” Absolutely awful how this place is maintained. He said go ahead and reach out to management….I don’t know what his role is on-site, but his excuse for the terrible quality is occupancy. Apparently it’s at less than 50% (maybe word got out about the roaches?? Or they saw how poorly maintained it is?) and there’s no actual maintenance services until it gets to that point. Smelly, poorly run….I can’t believe they have the nerve to charge $1800 a month for roach infested 1 bedrooms.

Great place to live. Centrally located in Winter Park. Close to shops, restaurants, museums, theatres and churches. Fantastic amenities with a zero entry pool, complete fitness center, craft shop, game room and many assembly areas. Two outdoor bar-b-ques and fire pits. The staff is very professional and accommodating. They have many activities for an active community. The facilities are kept very clean. The apartments are beautifully outfitted with stone counter tops, plenty of cabinets and storage. Great walk in closets and full sized washer and dryer.

Unfortunately my dog was viciously attacked _twice- by the same dog (a pit bull mix) at the “town commons property” in Gilbert Arizona. The property manager HEIDI WALKER whom I immediately reported the situation to took no actions about it. Neither did ADAM DUDLEY when I notified him of the situation, after HEIDi took no actions about this situation. When I moved in “about three months ago” I was excited to see on my lease agreement that there was a breed and weight restriction for dogs. Unfortunately, I quickly noticed the rules reguarding these were being brushed under the rug. They seem to only care about profits and percentage of occupancy not the health and safety of their tenants.
