The fact that something as mundane as paying for one's HOA and special assessment fee became a pleasant experience speaks volumes of their customer-forward approach. In particular, I was helped by Abraham who patiently answered my questions and assured that I was properly tracking my payments. Really appreciated his kindness.

Abraham is honestly the best. Every time I go in to pay my assessment fee he makes it super easy and quick. He doesn’t make you feel like a bother and always helps out with whatever questions I have. Seriously glad he’s there, the office wouldn’t be the same without him!
