On multiple occasions Angel has come to my rescue with addressing maintenance requests within a few hours (max) of the issue being reported. I am so grateful to never have to worry about things being pushed off. Beyond being efficient and excellent with repairs, he always has a smile on his face and meets you with kindness. Very grateful for his presence here!

This review is long overdue! You hear about horror stories of maintenance requests at complexes but not here. The maintenance and repair team are an amazing group. Angel is super helpful and was really responsive when I had trouble with my laundry unit! Was happy to resign my lease and stay a second term.

I love being at this property! It's been about a year now, and all of the amenities have been well kept and maintained. I love the pool area and the gym has the perfect equipment for both a quick workout or something heavy duty. When I have to approach their team for something, they work diligently to meet my needs. The manager, AJ, is so funny and respectful. You can tell he really cares about his staff and residents. Karina always greets me with a smile which I love. Angel and the maintenance crew have been really helpful and friendly too whenever I have needed it. This apartment complex goes above and beyond to make a community feel like a home. I have been staying at EOS since 2021. And personally have been in and out of all kinds of apartments since I was a kid. And I can tell you right now that this maintenance team is the best I’ve ever had. They take care of service requests as soon as possible - sometimes even the same day the request was placed. We had an incident where there was water leak into an adjoining apartment to us that started to spread to all apartments surrounding it. One of those included ours. Half of our apartment took on maybe a 1/2 in of water. The maintenance team got a call from our neighbor who had the original leak and within the hour got the ball rolling on a vacuum and floor fan team who also responded quickly. As always, maintenance took care of my issues quickly and efficiently. My AC had a cooling problem and it was fixed first thing in the morning. Any problems that have occurred has been immediately remedied.
