EnVue Apartment

We moved in here in July 2025, and it’s been pretty good except one major thing. We live in building L, and daily and sometimes more than once a day smell a very strong marijuana smell. We’ve called several several times and it doesn’t seem to be officially addressed. Sometimes we smell it as early as 3pm to 4pm and it can go on as late as one in the morning of just weed weed weed . There is a fairly bad roach problem but it is slowly getting better. Would be best if every apartment in our building baited and did roach killer but it’s all on us to call for the exterminators I guess.

Very helpful he’s a very nice gentleman and when things needs to get done, he will be on top of it and please people bear with him. He’s only a one man person at the moment until they hire someone else but this man Mr. Leonard, he’s fabulous. Be patient with him and he will get the work done. Thank you. God bless you.
