Envision Title - Clear Lake

Without question the worst title company I have ever had to deal with. From start to finish I received the worst customer service from this company. They were recommended by my mortgage broker and even they have assured me that Envision will not be used again for their business. You have a choice in who you use as a title company. Make your choice count. That is your hard-earned equity they so freely take from you. You deserve at least a modicum of respect and courtesy. You won't find either with Envision title.

Envision Title was a horrible title company to work with. We were the sellers. Our first contract fell through and they took the survey costs of the failed buyer out of the earnest money. When we tried to fight it, they said there was a clause in our contract that allowed them to do that. We also had to have several things filed with misc fees and they took those fees out of the earnest money and not at closing which contradicted what we were told from the start. At closing, several things were wrong on the paperwork. My realtors brokerage name was wrong, they claimed they never received her documentation for her wire, they kept saying we owed $300 on HOA fess which was impossible.
