Flawless transaction! Amanda did a pre sell walk through and pointed out areas that needed our attention. From additional straps on the gutter downspout to a few paint and ceiling touch ups. Nothing was overlooked. She was able to price it accordingly to the neighborhood and because of that we had a contract in 14 hours after it listed!!! She held our hands and answered all of our questions during the inspections and closing. Everything was perfect! So 5 stars from both of us!! 10 stars!!!
