Ensor Forest

Ensor Forest Apartments is a housing facility for seniors able to live on their own and handle their affairs. It is NOT assisted living nor suited for senior needing around the clock care, unless they (or their family) can provide such care. The community is quiet, well maintained, has outdoor covered gathering spaces, adequate night lighting, and secure onsite laundry facilities. A public bus stop beside the front gate provides access to the greater Columbia Metro area for those wishing to get around town without the need for automobile ownership. Staff and maintenance personnel are responsive to resident needs, placing emphasis on health and safety. They provide 24/7 response to emergencies and can be counted on to respond quickly, even during weekend and holidays.

My mom has lived there for 18 years. She will be moving out this month due to not being able to live alone any longer. If she was not needing to move, I would be looking for a different place for her. The property manager is the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time!! I had to report her to TN Development, the people who oversee the property. If she talks to the elderly people who live there the way she talked to me, it's a shame. And from what I've been told, she does! I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. It takes forever to get maintenance to fix anything and then the way they fix it is not the best quality work either. It's definitely gone downhill the past few years!

These are senior citizen Apartments. They have a community room. The residence can do arts and crafts, gardening, read books and access the computer. There is a kitchen, so the residence can plan dinners or events with family and friends. If I was a senior citizen needing a place to stay, this would be a good place.

The manager that is running that Community Home it's very disrespectful very mean and hateful I wouldn't ever trust her around a loved one please if you have a loved one that lives in that Community while she's managing it check on them and and tell them to be honest with you how they are being treated because she threatened my love one several times on evicting her if she wouldn't sign letters that she didn't want her children to visit her so by the grace of God we was able to move her in a better environment and better in management

Very rude employees that runs the office very rude to the residence speak with such disrespect don't need to be over know one love ones property manager is very very unprofessional and disrespectful to the residents also they family members please reconcile another property manager
