First time in the Pigeon Forge area, and it was a blast. Stayed here for 2 days with family, and enjoyed staying up in the mountains. Beautiful views from the parking lot and balcony. My only complaint are in the rooms. Cozy feeling, but it felt old and outdated. Also, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for a 3 person, 2 day stay, ridiculous.
Their phone number rings busy all the time. Continues to charge for sending repeating ballots. They are completely unorganized and has been since I've become an owner!!
Our family had such a wonderful stay! Beautiful location and well maintained building and grounds, excellent in every way!👌
