Engel & Völkers Nashville

I see that Engel & Völkers' associates are leaving fake 5 star reviews to offset the negative ones, but the reality is that this company is awful at any type of communication. My roommates and I lived in an Engel & Völkers' property for 2 years, and hardly heard anything from them the entirety of our stay. Long story short, Will Clayton does not respond to you unless you follow up 3+ times and get management involved. It took weeks to get our security deposit back (only because we kept following up) and I believe if we weren't so persistent, they would not have bothered sending it to us. Our house also flooded during our stay, which was a freak accident, and Will was basically MIA. He did not give us any updates when we asked, so we had to reach out to the contractor Engel & Völkers hired

Engel and Volkers is one of the most unprofessional rental companies I have ever worked with! Their communication is absolutely terrible and they have no processes for move in/move out. We had a MAJOR leak from our washer that went through the entire kitchen ceiling. Engel and Volker left it to us to project manage and do all of the communication with the contractor. They gave us no heads up when workers would show up, when they would be entering our personal rooms, etc. We were displaced from our home for almost a month and they refused to refund us for the full month or provide us with proper housing/place to work since we are remote. Not to mention, they would not responding to my 5+ emails about move out procedures and took over a month (with 5+ follow ups) to get our deposit back. On

Neal Clayton Realtors is one of the best around Nashville. I have nothing but good things to say. I have emailed our property managers on multiple occasions and have not only received an email back, but an email stating someone should be to my home the same day!! Those who work for Neal Clayton Realtors are kind, respectful, diligent and funny! 10 out of 10!!! Keep up the good work!!

I've been renting with Neal Clayton Realtors for a little over 8 months now and have been so happy with the experience. Their online portal is easy to use and so efficient. They are quick to respond to any issues or repair requests - big or small. I've had some bad experiences with landlords in the past and its so nice to one that is both professional yet personal.

Neal Clayton has been an awesome experience and a huge step up from realtor companies I've rented from in the past. Our maintenance requests are addressed promptly and whenever we have a concern about a charge we're unsure about they always hear us out. All in all a really great experience.
