I had a flawless experience when working with Emilio and his team. Alicia showcased our home and attracted buyers within a week of listing our home. Out of those buyers, we secured an offer within the first month. My only regret is not giving them the listing initially. This team has the expertise, knowledge, and bandwidth that you truly have to experience to appreciate. They tend to every last detail and provided us with support throughout the entire life cycle. It was always personalized, never transactional, when communicating with the entire team. I recommend them without reservation. Just superb.

I can't say enough about Emilio Dispirito, Diane Landry and the whole team at E&V. They did a fabulous job marketing our old home and sold it for much more than we expected. They helped us purchase our new home in a very tight market. The level of communication during both the sale and purchase were incredible.
