On September 30, 2025, I was forced to vacate a property in connection with actions taken by Andy Griffith that raised serious legal and ethical concerns. This occurred without a valid court order or lawful process. The individuals involved presented themselves as law enforcement; however, I later learned they were off-duty officers who did not have jurisdiction in the county. The manner in which this was handled caused significant distress and disruption. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns regarding professionalism, judgment, and adherence to lawful procedure. I strongly encourage anyone considering working with Andy Griffith to exercise caution and to independently verify that all actions are properly authorized, documented, and legal.

My daughter rented a condo through this company. Upon arrival to view the place it was fully furnished. The condo was never cleaned, dusted or viewed before she got there. She paid the amount that was asked but when she got in the place it was full of mildew, mold, dust and not cleaned at all! She complained after the first day she moved in because she is highly allergic and sensitive to mold and mildew. She broke out in a rash, started sneezing, eyes watering and couldn’t stay in the condo for more than 5 minutes because she felt like she couldn’t breathe. Well after telling the rude person from the company she was dealing with, she told her there was nothing she could do even if she had a medical condition. Long story short, they only gave her back half of her money from only being there

This one star is a ZERO star. I hate reviews like this but when someone' untrained work ethics cost me money, then I am with no choice than to speak. The realtor by the Name West left my lawn damaged after whoever she sent to remove the post sign removed it. I may be wrong about this part, but it has been over 48hrs since I closed on this property but the pictures of my property used for listing are still very much out there. I do not think everyone with this Real Estate Agency are like this but this particular one should be sent back for training. And also, after we went under contract, she left the sign post as for sale until my agent called her out on it. over 48hrs after we closed, she still left the sign post as under contract, I complained and she gave me an attitude. she was at the

Extremely deceptive practices, highly unethical; went to an apartment listing open house and the price they listed via Zillow was not what was communicated at the showing. The rep said “we’re not snake oil salesman” (red flag), and continued saying, we want to let you know that after the showing everyone will receive an email and reply letting us know how much they’re willing to pay for this apartment above the listing price due to the high demand. That’s right, blind bidding for a one-bedroom rental apartment already listed for $1,700 a month - the greed, the bait and switch, and here I though renting through an established company would be a trustworthy process…
