Endora East

This place is terrible, If i could move I would but unfortunately I already signed my life over to “endora row”. When i first moved in, my apartment was a disaster. Looked like a trap house. Now three weeks in I still have no drawers in my cabinets, no bedroom door, the heating system is louder than a hell cat. The toilets looked like somebody died on them. Nothing is “updated” so dont think you’re going to get stainless steel appliances. Mold and mildew under the “new appliances”. There was someone elses meds still in the apartment. A nail sticking out of the railings on the steps. The counters are ugly, the cabinets are disgusting. It smells like mildew. The washer and dryer hookup has been leaking for a week now and i put a work order in and call maintenance emergency and heard nothing.

Currently a resident I do not recommend!! The apartment I moved in was not ready for a new tenant they left the closets dirty old dirty worn out mirror in the downstairs bathroom they did not remove last tenants belongings from the upstairs bathroom or the kitchen plumbing here is terrible the day I moved in they had me sign two lease agreements stating the first one was incorrect but could not tell me why the price increased nor could they give me a breakdown of it they are charging for adt and I don’t even have a code to the system….. I made a big mistake coming here

i lived at Endora east for 3 years when i say this was the worst experience i have ever had as a tenant paying over 1300 a month when applying everyone is charming and nice i have filed over 75 work orders they will say the issue is resolve but its not and the are professional liars we did not have air conditioner the whole summer fix one day broke next day the quality of the work in the apartment was hideous cheap materials call office no answer leave messages no return calls send emails no response corporate office sucks all these people care about is money if i could give a score lower than a one i would i am so happy to cut ties with this place and never look back dont be fooled by the pictures on line its a lie prices changes for no reason they have changed offic

This was the worst complex i have ever moved into. The first day i got my keys my apartment was still dirty my carpet wasnt clean it was crayon writing all on the wall. Had so many nets flying around. Where the washer goes the back door the wood was all messed up. Door was broke. Aanyways yall get the point. DO NOT MOVE THERE.!!!!

I applied with the property and I was able to get approved and move in within a month. There was no delays the property manager was straight to the point, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property because of the smooth and seamless process.
