I cannot thank Kurt Bogart enough for the exceptional job he did with helping me buy my first home. The road to homeownership for me was a long and arduous journey until I called Kurt to get the process started! Kurt was very informative and accountable when it came to the process. His Professionalism is top-notch and as a fellow veteran, he performs with the military precision he advertises. I can’t say thank you enough to Kurt for everything he did for me and my daughter. My little girl is the happiest child being able to set up her own room the way she had always wanted it!

Cons: The air conditioner, although new, does not circulate air into the bedrooms. The bedrooms were extremely hot and uncomfortable. Management did not want to provide fans for us. After several conversations with management, we were given two fans. The house smelled moldly and had a strong urine smell in the kitchen area. I'm not sure if the house has ever been deep cleaned. We explained to management that the smell was sickening. The manager said we were paying for a pet friendly rental.
