Endless Summer Beach Rentals

We had the worst experience with Endless Summer Beach Rental. We rented 2 seperate rooms, both had bed bugs. When we contacted the owner be told us it had to be from us because we are the same family in two different room. Infestation doesn’t happen in 3 days. The room wasn’t identical to the photos it was awful and had the worst smell, You can plainly tell these are fresh bites on my daughter and cousin. We were also told to contact Bob basically the owner didn’t care and was so nonchalant about our entire experience. I would not recommend renting through Endless Summer Beach Rentals if staying at Myrtle Beach Resort. If two rooms have big it’s inevitable the majority of them do.

We are staying in a condo that sleeps 6, and we were given only 3 bath towels to dry off with. We did not have enough, so we contacted. Later that night, we got back to the condo and we were only given 4 more washcloths. We can’t dry off and get ready with 4 more washcloths. Still only 3. They have not fixed the problem in a timely manner, and are terrible at responding to being contacted.
