Maintenance avoids it. Neighbors won’t stand too close to the door. And if you ask about the girl—Simone—they suddenly remember they have somewhere else to be. They say Simone lived in 119 for only a few months. Quiet. Kept to herself. Always looked tired, like she hadn’t slept in weeks. The night she died, no one heard anything. No scream. No crash. I currently live here and I couldn't be more happier. Our landlord Kate is the bomb! We just absolutely love her! My daughter has to go speak to Kate everyday. She's a great person and always has a smile on her face and interacting with the other residents. She's a breath of fresh air. 😍 The apartments are beautiful. Rent is affordable. It's just a good place to call home.

If you like to never sleep live here! Cryzy neighbors smoking weeds all nights!in the way your unit smell heavily Shutting doors in the way that whole building shakes and doing odd things in wired time like vacuuming at 4a.m literally every night 😱 In addition٫All the summer neighbors are out door late night playing basketball or getting drunk having party!

Honestly these are the best Apartments I’ve ever lived in. They make you feel so welcome when you move in. Kate is awesome very helpful and professional. The best Apartments to live in St. Cloud hands down

Lovely place, though increased prices year after year have made it way more spendy than apartments next to it. Also don’t expect to get your deposit back
