Encore North

I’ve really enjoyed living at Encore North. The community is clean, quiet, and well taken care of, which makes it a comfortable place to come home to. Management has been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything, and maintenance is quick and easy to work with. The apartments are modern and comfortable, and the amenities are a nice bonus. The location is super convenient, close to everything without feeling too busy or loud. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend Encore North to anyone looking for a solid, stress-free apartment community. Shout out to Marla, Lauren, and Jasmine.

Living at Encore North is a pleasure. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable throughout the leasing process, as well as responsive and helpful in the months/years following. They are very engaging with residents - hosting parties and events throughout the year. Service requests are responded to in a timely manner and always accompanied with a smile and good conversation. The property itself is very nice and quiet and comes along with a good price - would definitely recommend living here.

The staff is amazing! The amenities are very clean and it has the best pool of any apartment complex I have been to. They have such a great relationship with the residents and the maintenance crew is amazing. I am very satisfied with my experience.

The staff is very unprofessional! I have had a few small issues that didn’t really bother me as bad as what I experienced today! It’s a nice day outside so I decided to walk around the complex and I was stopped as I was leaving the pool area and asked my name and what apt I live in! (An area that has to have key fob access) I’ve been a resident here since July! The same people just came around door to door a few weeks ago for a fundraiser that I supported. I can understand wanting to know your residents but the way this was handled was very unprofessional! And it was someone else in the office when this happened! So I didn’t address my concern at that time! Not to mention, the very same people who assisted with my move in and signing of my lease are the two people who questioned me! It’s
