Love our new home built by Encore Homes of North Florida! We have lived for 11 years in one of the communities they built in as Landon Homes and Encore Homes ( Beach Haven) and we decided in 2023 we were ready for an upgraded home and knew that Dennis and his team could build and bring our vision of home to fruition! We couldn’t be more pleased with the build process. John the head foreman was always on hand to answer questions and make any needed changes. Nicole was awesome in helping me make my custom selections for flooring, backsplash, tile and colors throughout the home. We have been in our home for a year and a half and have had no issues and we utilized the one year warranty to cover minor things- Abby was always reachable and set up any appointments for service. Dennis, Nicole, John and everyone else we dealt with have been amazing. Everything these days feels transactional but not with them, the personal touch put us at ease throughout the process. We had the house designed to what we wanted and they nailed it, building us our dream home. They answered every question (even the dumb ones) I had and helped me with options when those times came up. If you need a home built, these people are the ones you should work with.

We designed and built our new home with Encore and had a good experience throughout the process. What we liked about the experience was the reliable communication throughout the design and building process. The entire process took just about a year. We enjoyed the weekly building updates once our house started. We would recommend Encore for a new build, they have years of experience and it shows.

We were fortunate enough to use Encore as our builder and I can't praise them enough. Once we agreed to terms, everything went as planned without any hassles at all. The entire staff in the office were up to date as to our build progress and our building supervisor was simply great. Anything that needed attention was taken care of and finished to perfection. Additionally, our project came off on time, which is a rarity these days. If you are considering a remodel or a full custom build you need to contact them so they can listen to your concerns and needs. You will not be disappointed.

We started plans prior to Covid. We used the architect they use to modify existing plans to meet the community HOA and local codes. It was a very good experience. Once plans and permits completed they started building right away. Covid had just started so presented a whole new set of issues. The crew at Encore were very aggressive at planning ahead to not have delays due to the supply chain. They finished the house in good order ahead of time which was amazing with the problems Covid created. All the employees worked as a team and solved many issues along the way to get the house done in a timely matter with the results we wanted. They have been very helpful after the house was completed with any issues that would come. Would definitely use them again for building. Very happy with the fi
