Just moved out after living here for the past 1.5 years and have had a great experience. Huge shoutout to Melissa, the assistant property manager. She's so helpful and incredibly responsive (literally gets back to me in like 20 minutes). Maintenance is great and gets stuff fixed in a few days or less. When I first moved in, I had an issue with pet odors, and later it was determined that the previous resident's dog had peed over the carpet. The Encore team was great about inspecting it and the carpet was replaced within the next week. I also got my full security deposit back.

This review is about Melissa the leasing agent! I just want to give a huge thank you and show my appreciation to her for making my move out process seamless and easy! She even made some accommodations to help make the process easier and less stressful . THANK YOU SO MUCH

I have been a resident at Encore Apartments for some time now, and while I appreciate the many conveniences the location offers, I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the property management, New Land Enterprises, regarding a pressing maintenance issue. For over four months, I have been experiencing severe water leakage above my patio door. Not only has this caused damage to my personal property, but the water is also discolored and emits an unpleasant odor, raising concerns about its origin and potential health risks. Despite multiple attempts to communicate the urgency of this issue to the management, no substantial action has been taken to address or rectify the problem. Out of sheer necessity, I've had to resort to sealing the leaks myself, which is far from an ideal or permanen
