Enclave Otay Ranch

I have lived at this property for almost three years and have never had any issues until now. A tenant in my building stole a $500 package from directly outside my door, and I personally caught the individual taking it. Despite having evidence, the apartment manager, Katie, initially refused to cooperate or share surveillance footage. After management declined to assist, I spoke with maintenance. One staff member, after witnessing me confront the individual, confirmed that the person who stole the package does in fact live on the property. I provided all of this information to management. While the item was eventually recovered after management contacted the tenant, the situation was handled in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. it has many good spots to hag out with friends and family, the pool is very big and the hot tub is the perfect size. i definitely recommend it also bcuz a very great park next to it. the club house is a good hang out spot and has very cool things to do in it, and he gym has great equipment. go check it out

Enclave heritage has the best staff, they are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The apartments are well maintained, always clean and it is a joy to be a resident. Trust me move in, you will love it!
