Enclave at Wesley Chapel Apartments

I have lived here almost a year. I have had a great experience with the office staff, can’t complain about the noise level, and the maintenance staff has always taken care of anything I requested timely. I wish the units were a little more up to date from paint/kitchen/bathroom perspective. Outside of that, I have no complaints. It’s been a very enjoyable experience living here.

I was a resident here for 3 years. Buckle up for this review. This was a long time coming: (My first monthly payment I was off by one digit in my checking account on their website. I was charged $200 by the apartment complex, which they knocked down to $75 after arguing.) 1. Underneath my apartment there was a domestic violence incident where a guy was screaming, “You broke my finger!” He fled to the hospital before police arrived. 2. The car wash never worked in 3 years. 3. The pool is constantly closed for maintenance. 4. Crackheads were living in the adjacent apartment and they had to be evicted. Ii feel the amount of money tenants pay monthly in rent the owner should at least consider to evaluate the inside of the apartments and have the apartments updated. Cabinets are outdated. When I first moved in years ago I was told inside Cabinets will get updated. My Cabinet in the master bathroom is horrible I was told it would get replaced never happened. Carpet is cheap and thin. It look horrible. The cleaning company that you guys use can't even get it cleaned. I asked if it could be taken up. I was told no. I was told it help with keeping noise down. Well it does not help. The people on the second floor is extremely loud and I lhear everything they are doing downstairs. What sad, these apartments are very spacious and have great potential to be gorgeous inside i

I have lived at the Enclave for almost a year. I have put in 3 service requests during that time. The first one was for a leaking toilet. They had it fixed 1 or 2 days after my request was sent.The second was much more serious. Our AC was broken, running constantly, and the thermostat said 80° and climbing. They came first thing the next day and had it fixed within a half hour. I was so thankful! My most recent request was for a garbage disposal that no longer worked and a leaky faucet in the tub. They came that day, replaced the garbage disposal and, fixed the faucet. Maintenance has been amazing in my experience. Thank you for all your help!

We’ve lived here for almost 2 years now, and honestly, there’s very little to complain about. It’s a great apartment complex, comparable to others in the area. We previously lived in a more expensive complex and experienced car break-ins, trash piling up, and other issues—so we know firsthand that people will be people no matter where you live. What really sets this place apart is the staff and maintenance team. They address any issues we have almost immediately. Pablo recently came to fix our leaking sink, and he has such a great personality. He speaks very highly of everyone at the complex, which says a lot and makes our experience here even better. It’s reassuring to know that things are handled in a timely manner, and the location is also a big plus. Overall, we’ve been very happy liv
