Enclave At Town Center Apartments

After a recent visit, my first impression was that it's a lovely place. Grounds were clean. Unique layout, so different from many other complexes. If I lived there, I would think of this layout as an added level of safety. Sorry, no pics, but it's winter rn so everything is the same color, anyway.

Having lived in apartments in Mobile, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, Tucson and now Overland Park, I can honestly say the best one is the last one! Enclave Apartments in Overland Park, KS is a tenant’s dream. The manager, assistant manager and maintenance staff listen and then do everything they can to make living here a pleasure. I truly appreciate the feeling that I am taken care of- thank you Enclave Apartments. It also helps that I am surrounded by the beautiful Tomahawk Creek woods.

I would not recommend! If I could give 0 stars I would. We have had various issues with the complex. Once it rained for a whole day, we called and explained the carpet in one of our bedrooms got wet and no one came to check. What we didn’t know was the closet got wet and started to mold, apartment complex came out and sprayed KILZ on the mold and left it. We eventually had to walk to the leasing office and complain of the mold still being there, after they finally sent a company out, and turns out they had to cut and replace half the closet wall. We have had no hot water since the snow storm Jan 6th, we have notified the leasing office multiple times (4x) that we have no hot water, and nothing has been done to fix our problem. The complex did a horrible job when it came to the snow storm,

1st floor unit flooded 2 days after my move in. My lease was terminated + had 5 days to exit and find new housing. They provide no emergency housing in case of natural disaster. This complex exists in an established flood zone since 08/03/2009 by FEMA (see website). They don’t advise tenants to obtain flood insurance nor do they disclose of past floods. Legally they’re not required to disclose this per the state of Kansas. But it’s a shame they don’t advise their tenants to get flood insurance. By word of mouth by long term neighbor, I was told my unit flooded entirely in 2017 as well. That must explain the musty smell I couldn’t get out after mopping the walls/floorboards/ceiling baseboards, deodorizing the carpets, constant fans and open windows, charcoal, odor absorber packs, ai

I Just moved into Enclave late September. I am truly loving the community so far. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. I also feel extremely safe living here! Leasing office and maintence has been super helpful and quick with any requests I’ve had. I am giving a 4 star as some improvements are still needing to be made, but I promise Enclave is working towards those improvements daily/weekly! I would recommend this place to anyone 10x over! So happy I decided to make this place home. It is walking distance to so many places and a beautiful community. My apt is super spacious as well.
