Enclave at St. Petersburg

I just finished a deep clean in an apartment here and the grounds were beautiful. Lots of parking and nature. The apartment was very outdated and there were issues with the plumbing. Stopped up sink on one side and leaking on the other. The walls were a rough texture which made it hard to wipe down. It was tile throughout and lots of closet space.

They seem nice, places to visit and to live, lot of stores near by.

Wonderful apartments. We had the pleasure of servicing them and working Diane in the office was a terrific experience. They communicate and with a positive and friendly manor always. I would DEF recommend these apartments for anyone looking cause they are clean and well kept. Everything kept in great shape and to meet their tenants expectations without complaint to be found.

The gates are constantly broken which makes me feel a little unsafe. It is an older style apartment complex. They do not update the concrete throughout the building so the parking lot and driveway through the complex has a lot of potholes, etc. The greenery is kept up to date nicely and consistently. Each building could use a paint job. It is not in pristine condition but it is decent. Overall I would recommend living here.

The grounds are well maintained and nicely manicured. The pools is always clean, too. Do not buy on the 1st floor as you will hear everything! I would not have purchased, had I known!
