Great place to live!!! Management has resolved all my concerns in a rapid manner. Additionally everyone in the leasing office treats me not as another tenant but rather as if I was family. They do this by taking a personalized approached. Showing a true concern and interest into how I am and if there is anything they can do to make my stay better. The maintenance crew is amazing. They have handled all my issues quickly.

We are extremely impressed with the new property manager! From day one, the level of professionalism, communication, and organization has been outstanding. You can truly see the dedication to improving the community and making residents feel heard and valued. In such a short time, we’re already seeing positive changes — better communication, quicker response times, and noticeable improvements around the property. I love these apartments. Well maintained, clean facilities, maintenance is prompt and the staff is excellent. Everyone in the front is helpful and friendly, and the managers Lesly and Veronica always respond quickly and get the job done. Neighbors are nice and the price is great for the location. Definitely give this place a tour if you're thinking about it, you won't regret it.

I’ve had a great experience living here, and a huge part of that is the management team. Lesly, the Assistant Manager, is incredibly professional and always goes out of her way to make sure any concerns are handled quickly and fairly. Flor, the leasing agent, made the move in process so smooth and welcoming she’s always friendly and helpful whenever I stop by the office. It’s rare to find a front office team that actually cares about the residents, but these two definitely do!

Leslie is one of the best employees I’ve encountered at this company. As an Assistant Manager, she truly went above and beyond during my tour. She made sure I had all the information I needed and answered every question thoroughly and professionally. Thank you again, Leslie, for your help and outstanding service. She is a tremendous asset to the team and absolutely deserves a promotion.
