Enclave at Paradise Valley

Jennifer was the only person who was immediately willing to hop on FaceTime and show me a virtual tour of the place before I moved down from Wisconsin. Overall super friendly and helpful and great person to speak to and answer any questions you have! Recommend this place for living too, great area.

I was called two weeks before my requirement to give notice to vacate. On that call I was asked if I'd like to renew, I told them no and to take this as notice. I was not told on that call I had to go to the office to provide written notice. As a result, I was a day "late" and will owe an extra $60 when my lease ends. Do keep in mind, I've never been late on rent or have had any issues on my record. Outside of that, this complex decided to remodel the poor in the middle of summer which was great to miss pool access at the prime time of the year. Great location, terrible service and amenities. Grounds crew is amazing though!

I moved in about two months ago after living in the same complex for 6 years straight. I noticed the differences immediately. While being slightly smaller than where I had lived previously, the upkeep and quality of the facilities and my apt are much improved. I have been continually impressed by the care everyone puts into the buildings here. Any issues I have had that require assistance from maintenance have been promptly addressed and the mangers are welcoming and helpful in every way. The price is very reasonable for the area with the only downside being that there is no patio area but honestly the only reason I personally "need" one is because I have a couple bikes. But I'm figuring it out and the added benefit of a spacious 1bedroom apartment at the price point I was able to move in
