Enclave at Lake Underhill Apartments

This apartment complex is the hidden gem of Orlando! I’ve lived in a few complexes in my life and the grounds of this complex are by far the most beautiful. We moved to Orlando from Atlanta and only lived at Enclave at Lake Underhill for a few months before buying a house, but our time there was really enjoyable. We never saw a single bug or roach in the apartment the entire time - to our surprise as you expect to see some bugs in an apartment. Elliana in the office and Stan in maintenance were always so nice and helpful. We truly enjoyed our short time there. If you’re looking for a complex close to downtown and everything else Orlando has to offer, put Enclave at the top of your list, you won’t regret it.

As an accomplished Google Local Guide, I'd like to share my initial experiences with a community apartment complex... Having been an avid walker/runner around the Lake Underhill Trail here in the Orlando, Florida metro/urban area for several years, I've always found myself favorably looking toward the Enclave at Lake Underhill complex upon each lap. Enclave at Lake Underhill features a lovely, well-designed and manicured entrance. One can see, with vehement clarity, that this is a community priding itself on being nature-forward. (i.e. It features older-growth trees - where communities less than half of a mile away do not, natural beauty is enhanced by a moderate, carefully-planned beachfront, etc.) The wonderful nuances, most certainly, do not cease there. This is a beautiful property & am thrilled to be moving in. The staff, especially Angie are friendly and go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. The application process is quick and easy.

Apartments are infested with roaches. Property management clearly does not care. Maintenance is wonderful but if the community handled things better we would not have to deal with maintenance. Trash area is always overflowing with trash. I have almost thrown up walking to the trash area and finding maggots I ended my lease a few months ago, provided them with an email and also sent went into the office to let them know we were moving and they are trying to charge us over 2k for not giving them the proper notice. We even left the unit a few days before because we did not enjoy living here. If you sign a lease here chances are your furniture will eventually be infested with roaches so be sure to properly budget buying new furniture on your way out.
